Logistics Partner Selection: We establish long-term partnerships with renowned international logistics companies such as DHL and FedEx to ensure timely and secure spare parts transportation. For urgent repairs, we provide expedited logistics services to ensure spare parts reach customers in the shortest possible time. We also collaborate with local logistics companies to provide last-mile delivery and installation services, enhancing the localization of our services.
On-site repair service: For faults that cannot be resolved remotely, the after-sales team will arrange for the nearest technician to perform on-site repairs based on the customer's location. Before departure, the technician will prepare the necessary spare parts and tools based on the fault information to ensure a first-time solution. During the repair process, the technician will strictly adhere to the company's repair specifications and safe operating procedures. After the repair is complete, the equipment will be thoroughly tested to ensure proper operation, and a repair report and usage recommendations will be provided to the customer.
